Butter and Oil in Your Coffee

A good way to dominate your day is to add two things into your coffee:
1. Unsalted Butter (some say natural, grassfed, Kerrygold, whatever it is, just make sure it’s unsalted)
2. MCT Oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides)
